Introduction

Well, not long ago someone said to me in discussing the upcoming election "we can not have 4 more years of the same, just look at this sub-prime mess we are in".  That really started me thinking because it seemed somewhat short-sighted and narrow-minded to me, because any financial mess in this nation created from poor policies like Sub-Prime Lending certainly did not just crop up in the last 4-8 years.  So I decided to do some research.  What follows is just the tip of the iceberg on what I have found.

Additionally lest we forget when the current administration came into the white house we were in the midst of the internet bubble meltdown, which the current administration obviously had nothing at all to do with. Moreover, a mere 10 months after taking office the current administration faced 9/11, again this terrorist act could have been prevented had the prior administration remained steadfast in its efforts against terrorism and taken out Bin Laden when it had the chance, and they did have multiple chances to respond to terrorism more vehemently and to take out Bin Laden.
